Clayton buys real estate valuation firms

Securitization service provider Clayton has bought two Utah companies that will add to its capabilities in assessing loan performance and valuing real estate assets.

Clayton Holdings, headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, has acquired Red Bell Real Estate and its sister company Main Street Valuation, both of which are based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
