Lloyds’ Penarth tops £1bn after size increase

Lloyds Bank increased both the dollar and sterling portions of its Penarth 2015-1 credit card ABS on Thursday morning, taking the total size above £1bn.

Arranger and lead manager Lloyds had released initial price thoughts on $500m (£336m) of triple-A Class A1 two year notes at 40bp area over one month dollar Libor and £300m of triple-A Class A2 five year notes at 50bp area over one month sterling Libor on Wednesday.
