SC loses equity syndicate head as Welch retires
Tom Welch, who took over as Standard Chartered’s global head of equity syndicate at the end of last year, is leaving the firm on October 31.
Welch, who joined Standard Chartered in June 2010, has been in the banking industry for more than 20 years and is understood to be retiring, according to sources.
