Sarana Multi Infrastruktur $150m loan in general

Indonesian state-owned company Sarana Multi Infrastruktur made its debut in the offshore loan market with a $150m three year bullet that launched into general syndication on October 27.

The deal is being led by sole mandated lead arranger and bookrunner Standard Chartered. It is split into a $100m term loan and a $50m revolver and offers a margin of 185bp over Libor, said a banker.
