US banks pay up for dollar access

US banks returned to the dollar market this week following earnings releases and volatile conditions to print solid trades with juicy spreads for investors.

Issuance rebounded on Monday as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs both came to the market after posting better than expected earnings the previous week, while Bank of America tested sentiment with a tier one deal.
