Bright Food’s Manassen refinances for $285m

Australian company Manassen Foods, which is partly owned by China’s Bright Food, has completed a $285m refinancing with a club of seven banks.

Manassen’s refinancing loan comes with a tenor of three years. Australia and New Zealand Bank, Crédit Agricole, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, Rabobank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Westpac clubbed together to provide the funds, said a banker close to the deal.
