Finansbank considers bond in 2015, EDB rules out 2014

Two Ceemea issuers —Turkish Finansbank and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) — have revealed their capital markets plans for the next few months.

Turkish Finansbank, which is 77% owned by the National Bank of Greece, has ruled out going to the international bond markets again before the end of the year but is considering issuing another dollar bond in 2015.
