DCM takes over solutions team at UBS

UBS has reorganised its debt capital markets operation, handing Fabio Lisanti, global head of DCM, responsibilities for a group of public side bankers in the remodelled DCM Client Solutions division.

The Swiss bank is going through a broader remodeling of its FRC business to split it between solutions, which will include more complex and high margin products, and distribution, which will be focused on flow products, and is likely to shift to a low balance sheet and technology-led approach.
