Hooters deal supported by 'robust' structure

The Hooters Girls are on the road with orders to sell, but this time they’re not marketing a 'delightfully tacky yet unrefined' chicken wing special.

This week, the American chicken restaurant franchise is pledging nearly all of its revenue generating assets as collateral for a new $300m whole business securitization that it hopes to sell next week.
