China Shengmu tapping market with organic milk play

Mongolia-based China Shengmu Organic Milk launched a HK$1.31bn ($169m) IPO on June 27, offering investors exposure to the largest organic dairy company in China.

A total of 444.8m primary shares are up for grabs at guidance of HK$2.39-HK$2.95, and investors have until July 7 to table their bids.

They will not have the entire book available to them, however, as Bao Hua Investments has subscribed to $30m of shares, or almost 18% ...
