Books covered for Frasers’ fixed price hospitality trust
Singapore listed Frasers Centrepoint started receiving bids for a S$365m ($292m) hospitality trust on June 23, with books covered on day one.
The Frasers Hospitality Trust IPO consists of 415m stapled securities that are being offered to investors at a fixed price of S$0.88 per stapled security. Each stapled security comprises a unit in Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust.
