GlobalCapital’s Securitization Milestones Dinner - Winners

awards dinner

On Wednesday June 18, US securitization industry participants congregated at the Broad Street Ballroom in New York for GlobalCapital’s Securitization Milestones Dinner, the first awards ceremony the publication has held since the financial crisis.

The name “Milestones” was chosen to reflect the impressive strides the securitization market has made since the last time the event was held — then under the branding of Total Securitization — in 2008. The firms receiving awards have been chosen by the market for their commitment to the product and dedication to revitalising the market in the wake of the crisis.

This year’s awards winners were decided via a market-wide poll, with voters asked to choose between the top 10 banks or issuers in each category according to GlobalCapital league tables from the end of 2013.

For deal of the year awards, banks were asked to submit deals they worked on that they thought deserved to win, before the resulting shortlist was put out for a vote. Some awards, such as the best investor categories, were open, so voters could choose any firm they liked.

Below is a full list of awards winners. You can also click here to download the list and some photos of the event as a PDF.
