Vilmorin matches unrated Mahle, Ingenico
Vilmorin & Cie, the French seed producer, launched its first straight bond on Thursday, completing a trio of unrated debuts in the past week, all seven year bonds.
Despite being very different credits, the three issuers all priced within the same range of 130bp to 135bp over mid-swaps. They are seen as implied triple-B type credits.
