Korea on the road as sovereign bond vols near record

The Republic of Korea will meet investors next week and the week after for a proposed dollar deal, in what is set to be a record year for sovereign bond issuance in the region.

The sovereign has mandated Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Korea Development Bank and Samsung Securities to arrange investor meetings in Europe and the US.
