R&R Ice Cream nabs cool £315m at 5.5% on senior debut

R&R Ice Cream, the Yorkshire-based maker of branded and private label ice cream, switched from euros to sterling for its return to the high yield market on Thursday.

The £315m six year non-call two senior secured deal nevertheless attracted strong support from investors after a brief roadshow in London on Wednesday.

Physical bookrunners Barclays and Credit Suisse (billing and delivering) set initial price levels at 5.5% to 5.75% and priced the deal at the tight end, ...
