Smile! Carlyle’s Integrated Dental sells £100m tap for Directory purchase

Integrated Dental Holdings, the UK dental care group owned by Carlyle, priced a £100m tap of its £125m December 2018 floating rate notes at the tight end of guidance on Tuesday.

Price talk had been released as being in the 101 area (plus or minus 0.25 percentage points) after an investor call at 10.30am London time. The tap was priced at 101.25, in line with the pre-announcement bid on the existing notes.
