Cornerstones take centre stage in 7-Eleven’s $226m float

7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings opened books for its MR732m ($226m) IPO on Thursday, safe in the knowledge that more than half the transaction has already been covered by cornerstone investors.

Among the 530.3m shares offered to investors at an indicative price range of MR1.33-MR1.38, around 305m shares (57.5%) have already been allocated to eight cornerstones.
