Bank Rakyat makes comeback for new $300m

Bank Rakyat Indonesia has sounded out lenders for a $300m three year loan and issued a request for proposals on Monday, marking the first time it has tapped the market since 1997.
It demanded a quick turnaround from interested banks, giving a deadline of Thursday to submit bids, according to a Singapore-based banker on the deal.
