COLI prices bond; Cinda, Country Garden on the road
China Overseas Land and Investment (COLI) priced a dual tranche dollar bond on Wednesday, and with Cinda and Country Garden on the road, the recent record volumes of issuance are showing few signs of slowing down.
COLI's $1bn deal marked the borrower’s second foray into the international bond market this year. Demand was driven by reverse enquiry and anchor orders following a global roadshow that wrapped up this week.
