IIF launches debut $200m with IFC backing

Indonesia Infrastructure Finance has obtained the backing of International Finance Corp for its debut fundraising of $200m. It was launched into syndication on the evening of April 24 and features a $50m greenshoe option.

The senior unsecured deal has been split between a $30m tranche ‘A’, supported solely by IFC, and a $147.5m tranche ‘B’ underwritten by bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered and which is being syndicated to the wider market.
