Fingrid ponders public bond after €80m MTN via Danske
Fingrid sold its first privately placed bond of the year on Tuesday, but the note may be its last in the format in 2014, according to a funding official. The electricity grid company may print a public deal as soon as the summer.
Fingrid, rated A1/AA-/A+, sold an €80m 15 year note through Danske Bank on Tuesday. Priced at par, it carries a coupon of 2.95%. It was the borrower’s first private placement since September 2013, according to Dealogic.
