Wii gets bigger at $2.49bn with strong demand

Agribusiness Wii, a fully-owned subsidiary of Wilmar International, has wrapped up syndication after increasing the final loan to $2.49bn from the launch size of $1.75bn.

A total of 23 banks came on board during general, joining the seven mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, according to a banker on the transaction, who described the outcome as a “blowout response”.
