Diaverum mandates five banks, left lead up for grabs

Diaverum, the Swedish operator of dialysis clinics, has mandated five banks to arrange €708m of senior credit facilities, but has yet to pick a left lead.

Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole, GE Capital, JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Scotland are all bookrunners. But a senior banker said on Monday that the borrower was still in discussions with the five over which would lead manage the loans.
