Discover Card is wrapping up a $1.05 billion credit cards receivables securitization, issued through its master trust. Morgan Stanley is leading the deal, with ABN Amro, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Canada as co-managers.
