Huntsman, Hexion, Banks Await New York Hearing

Despite a New York court ruling that the deadline for Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse to fund the pending merger between Huntsman International and Hexion Specialty Chemicals would not be extended past the original deadline, all parties will find themselves back in a New York court in January for a separate lawsuit.
