Shinsei’s fourth from the master trust opens up euro, dollar

Shinsei Bank, the relaunched Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, this week completed the second leg of its domestic and international collateralised loan obligation issue.

Citigroup/SSB and Nomura placed Eu150m and $100m of 2.83 year average life bonds rated triple-A by all three agencies.
