?...this deal took longer to price than expected.  The pricing was spot-on, but spot-on pricing for a frequent issuer is becoming harder to get.?

?...we heard the five year tranche was a bit of a struggle. Three years ago GECC was all about size and not about price and now they do smaller deals but are a lot pickier on price.
The pricing looked fair relative to comparables, but maybe that?s not enough.?
