Sainsbury's refi attracts strong bid

The books on J Sainsbury's two supermarket CMBS transactions, the £1.203bn equivalent Eddystone Finance and the £868m Longstone Finance, have been closed. Morgan Stanley and UBS will price the deals on Monday according to the refinancing timeline.
