B&B wins new buyers in first Swiss franc

Bradford & Bingley became the first UK commercial bank to issue a bond in Swiss francs this week, bankers said.

The two tranche covered bond was given a guide size of Sfr400m but demand soon outstripped this and bookrunners BNP Paribas and HVB were able to launch at Sfr550m ...
