Mandated lead arrangers ING, Royal Bank of Scotland (bookrunner), Société Générale (bookrunner) and WestLB (bookrunner) have completed syndication of the debt supporting Hermes Airports' acquisition of the Cyprus Airports concession.

The deal, which was oversubscribed but not increased, will be funded today (Friday).
