ANZ, BarCap sell NZ$750m loan for Independent Liquor
ANZ and Barclays Capital have launched a NZ$750m loan to support the buy-out of New Zealand alcopop manufacturer Independent Liquor by Pacific Equity Partners and CCMP Capital Asia.
The loan is split into NZ$630m of senior debt and NZ$120m of subordinated debt.
