Fletcher Building hits peak as Deutsche sells new capital

Deutsche Bank yesterday launched and priced a NZ$327.6m ($239m) share placement for Fletcher Building, which is paying NZ$976m to buy US-based Formica Corp from private equity firms Cerberus Capital Management and Oaktree Capital Management.
