Vietnam's PVEP shortlists two groups for $200m loan

PetroVietnam Exploration and Production (PVEP) has shortlisted two bidding groups to arrange a $200m-$300m offshore loan, adding to the list of Vietnamese borrowers looking to tap the international syndicated loan market.
