Two more currencies return to the fray

Turkish lira and Norwegian krone bonds are back in the market this week after a long issuance drought: KfW and the European Investment Bank have both increased 2011 bonds by TL50m, and the Nordic Investment Bank priced a Nkr1bn 10 year.
