New low for secondary mart as LevX goes below 92.00

The secondary loan market hit a new low on Wednesday when the LevX index fell below 92.00 for the first time. After briefly touching 91.75 it rallied to about 92.50 yesterday (Thursday), but bankers said the grim milestone did not indicate that the market has hit its lowest
