Four support Energa with Z800m EBRD ‘A/B’ loan
Poland’s Energa, a state-owned power group that is being privatised, got a strong response from commercial banks as it signed an Z800m (Eu195m) EBRD ‘A/B’ loan this week.
The deal, which will be used to link wind energy sources to Energas grid, is split between a Z300m 12 year A piece provided by the EBRD and a Z500m nine year B tranche, which four commercial banks committed to. They were Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Caja Madrid,
