Renhe returns for $300m as market thaws

Renhe Commercial Holdings, an underground shopping centre developer, priced a $300m high yield bond on Thursday, returning to investors after volatile markets scuppered its plan to launch a deal last week.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank of China International, JPMorgan and UBS priced the five year non-call three deal to yield 12%, at the wide end of final guidance set between 11.75% and 12%.
