Heineken no longer set to syndicate its £3.85bn deal

Dutch brewer Heineken’s £3.85bn acquisition loan will no longer be launched into general syndication, EuroWeek understands.

Several sources close to the deal, which has been underwritten by nine banks, said that while no final decision had been taken, they doubted any sell-down of the facility would take place.
