Commerzbank, Dresdner Kleinwort and WestLB have launched a Eu360m five year deal for Sartorius, the biotech group.

A bank meeting will take place on Thursday (July 31) at the borrower’s headquarters in Goettingen.

Sartorius’ last deal was a Eu130m five year facility signed in April 2005. That paid 50bp.
