JC Flowers, Kent Reliance in innovative capitalisation JV

Private equity firm JC Flowers is to invest £50m for a 49% stake in the yet-to-be named joint venture with Kent Reliance, a UK building society. This more than doubles the capital available to Kent Reliance.
