Commerz loans team emerges

Three more London appointments have been confirmed in the newly created loan capital markets division at Commerzbank after its takeover of Dresdner Kleinwort.

Penny Smith, who was head of emerging markets debt origination at Commerzbank, becomes head of loan capital markets, emerging markets and western Europe.
