The US securities and Exchange Commission has unveiled its ‘Web 2.0’ replacement for the Edgar electronic filing system.

While Edgar will continue to serve as an archive of existing financial reports, the SEC plans to require large companies and listed funds to use the new Interactive Data Electronic Applications ...
