Air Liquide Far Eastern bags NT$1.8bn loan

Air Liquide Far Eastern signed a NT$1.8bn seven year term loan last week through sole bookrunner Calyon, adding to the heavy dealflow from Taiwanese borrowers.

Chinatrust Commercial Bank and First Commercial Bank joined the deal as mandated lead arrangers, with each of the three lenders taking a NT$600m ticket.

The margin is 130bp over the 90 day secondary CP rate with a floor of 1.85% for the length of the loan.
