Buma signs $250m loan paving way for HY bond sale

Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, the Indonesian mining services company, revived plans for a high yield bond issue on Wednesday after sealing a $250m syndicated loan.

Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank have joined existing lenders Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, ING and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp as underwriters on the four year loan, paving the way for Buma to relaunch its planned high yield bond with revised documentation that shows the bank financing ...
