Small lands job at Macquarie as head of European M&A business

Macquarie Capital this week appointed Sam Small, a former managing director at Citi, to head its European mergers and acquisitions business.

Small, who will be based in London, previously led Citi’s M&A team for the industrial, automotive and metals and mining sectors. He had also been chief operating officer for the emerging markets and European industrials groups.
