RenCap re-opens Russia for independents but pays 15%

Renaissance Securities, the debt issuing subsidiary of Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, priced a $225m 18 month issue yielding 15% on September 25, potentially opening the way for more issuance from the country.

It is the first issue from a Russian private entity this year.
