Asia loans: Sydney Airport pays up to refinance with A$776m loan

Sydney Airport has completed a A$776m refinancing that offers lenders more than three times the interest margin on its existing debt.

The loan was signed at the end of November after six banks committed to the deal. It is split into a A$375.6m term loan that lasts two years and 10 months, a A$25m term loan that has the same tenor and pays 200bp over the bank bill swap ...
