Reliance’s Infotel boosts loan pre-launch

Infotel Broadband Services, Reliance Industries’ telecoms subsidiary, is set to launch a $1.5bn loan into syndication at the end of the week, after increasing its target from $1bn.

The loan was initially split between two $500m tranches — a five year bullet, and an amortising facility with an average life of five-and-a-half years — but the bullet tranche has now been increased to $1bn.
