Pertamina close to picking seven for new $700m loan

Indonesian state-owned oil company Pertamina sent out a final term sheet to the prospective arrangers of a $700m loan last week, as the deal gathered momentum before launch.

Seven banks are likely to be bookrunners on the facility, including ANZ, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BNP Paribas, Citi and HSBC.
