Buma saga draws to close as Delta Dunia sells

The final capital markets transaction in the acquisition of Indonesian coal miner Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Buma) is set to take place this week when its new owners sell an up to Rph2.7tr ($460m) equity stake following loan and bond deals.
